EB-5 Investor Visa is useful for those who want to start a business in the US with a substantial amount ($500,000 to one million dollars) and create 10 jobs. It offers permanent residency (green card), which is an advantage of other business visas, such as the E-2.

USCIS Revises Direct Mail Program for the Application for Naturalization (Form N-400)

Starting January 22, 2009, USCIS will require Form N-400 (Naturalization Application) to be mailed to the appropriate lockbox locations.
